Commonly referred to as “flexible dieting”—allowing you to eat real foods without really depriving your body—Macros dietary plans count the three most common nutrient categories, or macronutrients, that provide you with most of your energy: protein, carbohydrates, and fats.

“Macro” is short for macronutrient, and Macros counting reveals where the calories you consume are coming from and how they affect your body.

Kosher Macros is a cookbook like no other, with an array of kosher recipes that are aligned with the Macros diet and have flavor profiles inspired by favorite Jewish recipes.

This cookbook will fill a void in that there are currently Macros Cookbooks available but these cookbooks are not appropriate for people who observe the Kosher laws because they include non-kosher foods and mix milk and meat in recipes. In addition, the flavor profiles do not necessarily appeal to Kosher eaters.
