Believer in Blue is the fascinating autobiography of Marvin Andrews, who famously overcame serious injury and defied expert medical opinion to help Rangers win the title on ''Helicopter Sunday''. A year later, he led Trinidad and Tobago to an unprecedented qualification for the 2006 World Cup.
